AmountIngredient
1 cuporange juice
1 cupfat free plain yogurt
1banana, cut into chunks
1 cupfrozen strawberries or raspberries (unsweetened)
1/4 cupEqual Spoonful

Preparation Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 3.

Per serving: 137 calories; 0.4 g fat; 5.3 g protein; 29.7 g carbohydrates; 1.7 g fibre.
