Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
1red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cupcooked corn
1/4 cupminced red onion
1 tablespoonMrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonliquid honey
1/4 cupminced fresh parsley
4salmon steaks or fillets (approx. 6 ounces each)
 olive oil
2 tablespoonsMrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blend

Preparation Instructions:

1. Combine red pepper, corn, onion, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, lemon juice, oil and honey. Mix well and refrigerate. Add parsley just before serving.

2. Spray or brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Grilling Blend.

3. Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side on medium high grill. Or, place on foil lined baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with salsa. Makes 4 servings.
