"Salmon with Red Pepper and Corn Salsa"

Preparation Instructions:1. Combine red pepper, corn, onion, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, lemon juice, oil and honey. Mix well and refrigerate. Add parsley just before serving.
2. Spray or brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Grilling Blend.
3. Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side on medium high grill. Or, place on foil lined baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with salsa. Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 374 calories; 27.6 g protein; 22.6 g fat; 15.6 g carbohydrates; 1.5 g dietary fibre.
