"Saucy Carrots"

Preparation Instructions:Cut carrots into 1 inch diagonal slices (about 3 cups). Cook in boiling water until crisp tender; drain. In small pot melt butter, spices, mustard, and honey. Cook, stirring, about 3 minutes; add the desired greens. Mix sauce gently with carrots. Heat for a few minutes. Serve warm. Serves 6.
