Serving Size: Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupgolden corn syrup
1/2 cupcrunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoonswater

Preparation Instructions:

In a small saucepan combine corn syrup and peanut butter. Stir over medium heat until melted.

Gradually stir in water until smooth. Serve warm topping over ice cream. Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings.

Per serving: 121 calories; 15.3 g carbohydrates; 3.1 g protein; 0.8 g dietary fibre; 6.4 g fat.
