Preparation Tips:Combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and brown sugar. Mix well. Add lard to mixture. Cut in with a knife.
Beat together egg, vinegar and water. Add to mixture
Roll out pastry and line muffin tins.
Mix together filling ingredients. Fill muffin tins lined with pastry 1/2 full only.
Bake at 375 - 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
