Serving Size: Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupgolden corn syrup
1/2 cupchocolate chips
3 tablespoonscream, milk, or evaporated milk

Preparation Instructions:

In a small saucepan combine corn syrup, chocolate chips and cream. Stir over medium heat until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth. Serve warm topping over ice cream. Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings.

Per serving: 95 calories; 18.3 g carbohydrates; 0.5 g protein; 0.6 g dietary fibre; 2.7 g fat.
