"Cashew Turkey Salad"
Salads and Green Dishes (Card 57) from Great American Recipes
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions:1. In a bowl, combine the turkey or chicken, green onion, oranges, cashews, and celery.
2. In a jar or small bowl, shake or whisk together the dressing ingredients.
3. Line a small platter with romaine leaves. Toss turkey with dressing. Spoon turkey salad in center.
4. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, if used.
Per serving: 648 calories; 27.9 g carbohydrates; 56.8 g protein; 439 mg sodium; 35.1 g fat.
