"Robertson's Apple Tarts"

Preparation Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. On lightly floured surface, roll out one block of pastry at a time into a rectangle approximately 12 x 7 inches. Trim edges with a sharp knife. Crimp pastry edges using the back of a knife, to make an edge. Brush edges with milk. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet.
3. Arrange apple slices in rows over pastry. Repeat with second block of pastry.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden brown.
5. Soften marmalade in a pan, over low heat, or in microwave. Brush marmalade over the apples. Makes 8 servings.
Per serving: 419 calories; 4 g protein; 19.2 g fat; 61.1 g carbohydrates; 2.3 g dietary fibre.
