"Grilled Chicken with Dijon Sauce"

Preparation Instructions:1. Stir together mayonnaise, Dijon, wine, onion, parsley and lemon rind. Set 1/2 cup aside for sauce; use remaining 1/2 cup for basting.
2. Place chicken on preheated greased grill. Grill over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning once. During the last few minutes of grilling, with Dijon sauce. Season to taste. serve with additional Dijon sauce. Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 266 calories; 31.6 g protein; 11.8 g fat; 4.9 g carbohydrates; 1.6 g dietary fibre.
