Serving Size: Makes about 18 cookies

496 g packageBetty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1/2 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cupbutter or margarine, softened
1egg
18lollipop sticks
 Silver candy balls
 Brightly coloured ribbon
 Assorted candies (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, cream butter and stir in egg. Combine cookie mix and flour and stir into butter mixture. Mix well and shape into two balls; flatten and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes.

Roll each disc out into a circle 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies using star and moon shaped cookie cutters. Carefully insert a lollipop stick into each cookie. Transfer to a chilled, greased cookie sheet. Decorate each cookie with several silver candy balls or other candies, as desired. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on sheet for 5 minutes. Makes about 18 cookies.
