Mushroom Leek Tartlets

Preparation Tips:Place frozen tart shells on baking tray. In skillet cook mushrooms, leeks and sage in butter 5 minutes or until almost all moisture has evaporated. Set aside to cool. In large bowl beat eggs with milk; blend in sauce mix. Stir in mushroom mixture. Spoon into tart shells. Bake at 400 degrees 15 - 18 minutes or until firm and golden. Makes 24.
