Preparation Instructions:Mix olive oil, with lemon juice, salt, thyme, and chili powder. Spread over all sides of Camembert. Grill or broil for 2 to 3 minutes a side and serve with crackers or toast. Garnish with fruit and/or toasted almond flakes. And, yes, the "rind" is edible and delicious.
