Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 Marinade or sauce (your favorite)
1 headromaine lettuce, washed and torn (or 10 ounce bag)
132 g boxEt Tu Caesar Salad Kit
4lemon wedges (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken in your favourite marinade or sauce. Discard marinade and grill chicken about 5 minutes per side. Cut into thin strips and keep warm.

2. Place lettuce in bowl, and add contents of salad kit: dressing, croutons, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits. Toss thoroughly and divide salad among 4 plates.

3. Top each salad with chicken; garnish with lemon wedges, if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: 413 calories; 35.5 g protein; 25 g fat; 10.8 g carbohydrates; 1.9 g dietary fibre.
