"Salsa Scrambled Egg & Ham Burrito"

Preparation Instructions:Arrange tortillas on baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Meanwhile, in bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add ham, onions and jalapeno; cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until onions are softened. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring often, for about 2 minutes or until eggs are just set. Spoon scrambled eggs along bottom third of tortillas; top with salsa. Fold in about 1 inch on sides of tortilla and roll up from bottom edge. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
