Preparation Instructions:1. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Add ice cream be spoonfuls, stirring until smooth.
2. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, set aside a few whole orange segments for garnish. Chop remaining segments; stir into mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Garnish with reserved orange segments. Chill about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Per serving: 303 calories; 6.5 g fat; 48.2 g carbohydrates; 1 g dietary fibre.
