"Hawaiian Pork Stir Fry"

Preparation Instructions:1. Cut pork across the grain into thin strips. Add soy sauce, garlic and ginger and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. In a large non stick wok, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat.
3. Stir fry pork for 3 to 5 minutes, or until meat changes colour.
4. Add vegetables and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender crisp.
5. Add entire contents of jar and stir fry until ingredients are coated and sauce has heated through.
6. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
