AmountIngredient
1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupolive oil
1 tablespoondried rosemary, crushed
3 clovesgarlic, minced
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)

Preparation Instructions:

Place Worcestershire sauce, oil, rosemary and garlic in screw top jar and shake vigorously until well blended.

Place chicken breasts in shallow dish or plastic bag and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours, turning occasionally in the marinade.

Grill over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Serves 4.

Variation: Instead of rosemary, use dried oregano or thyme or a combination of herbs.

Per serving: 198 calories; 31.5 g protein; 6.7 g fat; 1.2 g carbohydrates; 1 g fibre.
