Honey Bunch Crumble

Preparation Tips:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together honey, lemon rind, sour cream and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl. Chop dates; peel, core apples and stir both into honey mixture. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Crumble Topping: Cut margarine into flour with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. Stir in sugar. Sprinkle crumble over top of apples (do not press down). Sprinkle walnuts over top. Bake in center of oven for 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
