Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
1 1/2 poundsrib eye, strip loin or tenderloin grilling steaks
2 tablespoons eachsoy sauce and honey
1/2 teaspoonTabasco sauce
1/4 cuplime juice
1 teaspoonground cumin
2 tablespoonsoyster sauce (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except steaks in a resealable freezer bag and massage to mix. Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade and set aside. Add streaks to resealable freezer bag and marinate in remaining mixture in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. Grill or broil steaks, turning only once or twice according to chart to desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade while grilling. Makes 4 servings.

Doneness Minutes/Side: Rare 5-7; Medium 7 to 9; Well 9 to 11.

Per serving: 254 calories; 32 g protein; 9.6 g carbohydrates; 9.1 g fat.
