"Cranberry Feta Pinwheels"

Amount Ingredient 170 g package Craisins sweetened dried cranberries 250 g tub spreadable cream cheese 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onions 4 large spinach, whole wheat or plain flour tortillas

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except tortillas; mix well. divide and spread mixture evenly among tortillas. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, cut into 12 slices. Makes 48 appetizers.
