Preparation Instructions:Rub steak with a mixture of cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne. Grill pepper halves, zucchini, and red onion slices, all lightly brushed with oil. Lightly brush spice rubbed meat with oil, grill to desired doneness, and slice thinly. Slice vegetables into strips and let everyone assemble their own fajita in warm tortillas. Serve with your choice of garnishes.
