About 1 poundboneless round steak, pork steak, or boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
2 tablespoonssoy finely chopped ginger
2 clovesminced garlic
1 teaspoondried hot pepper flakes
 Bottled peanut sauce
 Rice

Preparation Instructions:

Slice meat into thin strips, marinate strips in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and hot pepper flakes. Thread onto metal skewers and grill until tender. Serve with peanut sauce and rice.
