"Hunt's Mexican Tacos"

Serving Size: Makes 12 small tacos or 6 large tacos

Amount Ingredient

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 pound lean ground beef

680 ml can Hunt's Thick & Rich Spicy Red Peppers & Chilies Zesty Italian Pasta Sauce

1 teaspoon tomato paste with garlic

1/2 red & green pepper diced

1 small hot pepper diced

Hot pepper sauce, to taste (3 to 4 dashes)

12 small taco shells or 6 large taco shells

Favourite toppings: shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, etc.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Brown ground beef (10 minutes) and drain well. Set aside. Saute red, green and hot pepper in same pan (2 minutes) in 1 teaspoon olive oil
2. Add beef, pasta sauce, and remaining ingredients (except toppings and shells) to peppers.
3. Simmer uncovered (8 minutes) on medium heat. Fill taco shells with meat mixture and your favourite toppings.
