4beets, cooked
2 tablespoonsoil
2 tablespoonsvinegar
2 tablespoonshoney
1 packageMaggi Season Up all purpose seasoning
2 stalkschopped chives or escallion
1 canwhole kernel corn, drained

Preparation Instructions:

Peel and dice beets. In a medium bowl, combine oil vinegar, honey and Season Up. Thoroughly toss beets, chives, and corn in dressing. Serve chilled.
