"Avocado and Grape Medley"

Preparation Instructions:Using a stainless steel knife, peel the avocados, cut them in half and remove the stones. Cut the flesh into thin slices lengthwise. Toss them in the lemon juice to prevent them browning. Cut the grapes in halves and remove the seeds. Wash the apple, do not peel it but remove the core. Cut the apple into medium sized dice. Toss with the avocado. Wash the lettuce and shake dry. Arrange the lettuce in a serving bowl. Beat the sour cream to a coating consistency with 2 tablespoons cold water and season it with a little pepper. Arrange the avocado slices, grapes and apple in the lettuce and pour on the sour cream dressing.
