"Tuna Cheese Spread"

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings

AmountIngredient
6 ounce packagecream cheese
6 1/2 ounce cantuna
3 to 4 tablespoonsmayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tablespoonlemon juice
3/4 teaspoonscurry powder
Dashsalt
2green onions, finely sliced

Preparation Instructions:

1. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 1 hour.

2. Drain tuna. Mash with fork.

3. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, tuna and mayonnaise.

4. Add lemon juice, curry and salt. Mix to blend well.

5. Add onions and stir to blend.

6. Chill for 1 hour for flavors to blend.

Good served with: Crackers, radishes, carrot or celery sticks. Can also be filled in cherry tomatoes or layered in between sandwiches.

Per serving: 187 calories; 10.0 g protein; 15.8 g fat; 1.5 g carbohydrates; 172 mg sodium.
