Preparation Instructions:Slice loaf in half horizontally. Brush with garlic flavoured olive oil (or rub with sliced garlic and brush with oil). Grill, cut side down, until lightly browned. Turn over and heat bottom crust. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
