 Thick slices of crusty bread
 Oil
 Diced ripe tomatoes
 Olive oil
 Fresh minced garlic
 Torn basil leaves
 Salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Brush thick slices of crusty bread with oil; grill on both sides. Top with mixture of tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
