"Peppery Dip"

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup

AmountIngredient
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tablespoonchili sauce
2 teaspoonstarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspooncurry powder
1/2 teaspoonpepper
1/8 teaspoonthyme leaves, crumbled
 Celery, carrot sticks, cauliflowerets

Preparation Instructions:

1. In small bowl, with spoon, mix first 7 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

2. To serve, spoon peppery dip into small serving bowl; set on serving plate. Arrange vegetables on plate.

Makes about 1 cup. 100 calories per tablespoon.
