"Cajun Butter Dip"

Recipe Source: Recipe Card from The Dairy Bureau Sauces & Spreads Recipe File Serving Size: Makes 2/3 cup

Amount Ingredient 1/2 cup butter 3 tablespoons Louisiana style hot sauce (or to taste) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon cider vinegar

Preparation Instructions:

Melt butter; skim off and discard the foam. Stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Serve warm as a dip for steamed lobster.
