Serving Size: Makes 2/3 cup

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupbutter
3 tablespoonsLouisiana style hot sauce (or to taste)
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspooncider vinegar

Preparation Instructions:

Melt butter; skim off and discard the foam. Stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Serve warm as a dip for steamed lobster.
