"Grilled Pita Wedges with Garlic and Cumin"

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

AmountIngredient
4 teaspoonsolive oil
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon eachground cumin and pepper
3Greek style (pocketless) pita breads

Preparation Instructions:

In small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin and pepper. Brush over pita breads. Grill over medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Cut breads into six wedges each and serve alongside salad.

Per serving: 145 calories; 4 g fat; 23 g carbohydrates; 4 g protein.
