AmountIngredient
 Canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
 Shredded cheese
 Salsa
 Fresh cilantro
 Tortilla

Preparation Instructions:

Mash beans a little and spoon onto tortilla; top with salsa, cilantro and grated cheese (don't overfill or they are hard to handle). Fold over, pressing halves together to form a half moon. Place on lightly greased grill (or in large skillet) and cook until lightly browned; turn over and cook other side. Cut in halves or quarters; serve as appetizers or light lunch.
