AmountIngredient
1/2 to 3/4 poundground veal
1small red onion, chopped
1/3 cupcelery
1/3 cupgreen pepper
1 clovegarlic, minced
2 teaspoonsbutter
14 ounce canpeach slices
1/4 cupsugar
1 tablespoonflour
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Brown in fry pan the veal, onion, celery, pepper, garlic and butter until the meat is no longer pink. Drain and set aside. Strain the peach slices reserving liquid and adding water to it to make 1/2 cup. Combine the juice, sugar and vinegar. Add a little water to flour to make a paste and add to the juice mixture to thicken. Arrange the peach slices on top of the meat mixture, pour the thickened sauce over all. Serve with rice. Enjoy.
