Preparation Instructions:In 6 cup microwaveable bowl, stir milk and corn starch until smooth. Microwave on High, stirring twice with whisk, 5 - 6 minutes or until boiling; boil 1 minute.
Stir in chocolate chips and coffee until smooth. Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding. Chill about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until smooth. Gradually beat in whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly in pie crust. Chill.
Pour chocolate mixture onto cheese layer in pie crust. Chill 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired. Serves 8.
Per serving: 346 calories; 19.1 g fat; 107.6 g protein; 33.9 g carbohydrates.
