Serving Size: Makes 2 cups

AmountIngredient
2large ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and chopped
2green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoonlemon juice
Dashsalt
Dashpepper
1medium tomato, chopped
 Chopped tomato (optional
 Fresh cilantro sprig (optional)
 Tortilla chips (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

In medium mixing bowl combine avocados, onions, lemon juice, oil,salt and pepper. Stir in medium tomato. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with additional tomato and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.

Note: To make ahead, increase lemon juice to 1 tablespoon; cover and chill till serving time.
