Preparation Instructions:In medium mixing bowl combine avocados, onions, lemon juice, oil,salt and pepper. Stir in medium tomato. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with additional tomato and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
Note: To make ahead, increase lemon juice to 1 tablespoon; cover and chill till serving time.
