Serving Size: Makes about 40 appetizers

1/2 poundlean ground beef, browned and drained
2hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cupsour cream
1 tablespoonchopped parsley
1 teaspoonbeef flavor instant bouillon
11 ounce packagepie crust mix

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust mix; mix well. Prepare pie crust mix as package directs. Divide dough in half. On floured surface, roll out half the dough to 10 x 13 inch rectangle, 1/8 inch thick; cur into 20 (2 1/2 inch) squares. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon meat mixture in center of each square; fold as desired. Repeat with remaining dough and meat mixture. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 4o appetizers.
