Serving Size: Makes two 2 cup molds

AmountIngredient
500 g containercottage cheese
2 packages (250 g)cream cheese, softened
1 packagetaco seasoning mix
Garnish options:shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped green onions
Tortilla chips

Preparation Instructions:

In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and taco seasoning mix until smooth. Line 2 small bowls with plastic wrap. Divide mixture evenly between bowls. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or overnight, or freeze. Garnish as desired at serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
