"Kababi Pasta"

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
250 gramspasta
1 teaspoonchicken kabab masala
2 - 3 dropslemon juice, optional
3 - 4 teaspoonscoriander leaves, chopped
4 teaspoonstomato sauce
1/2 teaspoongreen chili sauce
1 teaspoonsoya sauce
1 teaspoongrated ginger
1 teaspoongarlic, grated
Salt for taste
1onion, chopped
1 tablespoonoil

Preparation Instructions:

1.Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. After boiling, rinse; drain well and keep them aside. Note: let the pasta be par boiled.

2.Now take a vessel; heat oil and fry chopped onions, salt, grated ginger and garlic. After the onions turn light brown, add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and stir well. Now add the chicken kabab masala to the mixture.

3.Now add the pasta which was kept aside. Mix well into the mixture. Add salt if required.

4.Once the pasta is mixed well in the mixture, sprinkle on the chopped coriander leaves.

5.Now close the lid and allow it to cook for 5 minutes in simmering flame.

6.Check if the pastas are cooked well. Serve hot and enjoy.
