Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
4 earssweet corn in husks, silk removed
Margarine
Salt, pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Soak corn in water for at least 1 hour. Remove corn from water; shake to remove excess water. Barbecue 25 to 30 minutes turning a quarter turn 4 times. Husk will be brown and dry when corn is done. Use gloves to remove husks before serving. Serve corn with margarine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
