Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
2 cupsstrong coffee, chilled
1 cupcrushed ice
2 cupslow fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 teaspooncinnamon

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. If desired, dust tops lightly with more cinnamon.

Per 1 cup with frozen vanilla yogurt: 196 calories; 5 g fat; 34 g carbohydrates; 3 g protein.
