"Taco Bake"

Amount Ingredient

2 pounds hamburger

1 large can refried beans

1 can corn, drained

1 can rotel tomatoes (the degree of heat you prefer)

1/2 medium size chopped onion

1 package taco seasoning

1 large bag shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, etc.)

1 bag Fritos

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Brown hamburger and drain; add drained corn, rotel tomatoes, refried beans, taco seasoning, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread into bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Layer shredded cheese on top and pour bag of Fritos over entire pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
