Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Amount Ingredient

1 pound ground beef

1 bag tater tots

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack is the best)

1 cup milk

Preparation Instructions:

Brown the ground beef and drain. In a 9x13 dish, mix the soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk until creamy. Add the tator tots and ground beef, mix thoroughly. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Makes 4 servings.
