Serving Size: Makes 2/3 cup

AmountIngredient
6 tablespoonsolive oil
2 tablespoonswhite wine or cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 - 2 teaspoonsDijon mustard
Dashsugar
1 small clovegarlic, crushed
1 - 2 tablespoonschopped fresh mixed herbs
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until thoroughly mixed. Alternatively, place all the ingredients in a clean, screw top jar, seal, and shake well until thoroughly mixed. Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately or keep in a screw top jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake thoroughly before using. Makes 2/3 cup.
