Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 servings

AmountIngredient
6 cupsmixed baby greens
Dressing:
1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4 cupolive oil
2 tablespoonsDijon mustard
2 clovesgarlic, minced

Preparation Instructions:

1. Wash and dry greens. Refrigerate in a plastic bag.

2. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Store in fridge.

3. When ready to serve, whisk dressing again.

4. Pour over greens and toss. Serve.
