1/2 cupdrained, canned kidney beans
1/2 cupsalsa
1/2 cupshredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
2baked potatoes

Preparation Instructions:

In the microwave, heat up kidney beans and salsa, stir in cheese until melted. Spoon over baked potatoes. Instant satisfaction!
