Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

Preparation Instructions:In a 10 inch skillet, combine meat, onion, and green pepper. Cook till meat is browned and onion is tender; drain off excess fat. Combine soup, milk, thyme, basil and salt. Stir into meat. Add hash browns, rice or barley and desired vegetable. Cover; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or till heated through, stirring occasionally. If desired, garnish with croutons or french fried onions. Serves 4.
