Mackerel with Cucumber

AmountIngredient
4medium mackerel
2 tablespoonscooking oil
few dropsWorcester sauce
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
salt
pepper
1/2cucumber
2 teaspoonschopped mint
4 tablespoonsplain yogurt

Preparation Tips:

Ask your fishmonger to clean the mackerel and remove the heads. Make 2 or 3 cuts in the flesh on each side of the mackerel through the thickest parts and put them in one layer in a shallow dish. Mix the oil, Worcester sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper and pour this over the mackerel. Allow to marinate for up to 2 hours, brushing them with the mixture occasionally. Peel the cucumber and chop into small dice. Mix the mint and yogurt. Put in a serving dish. Lay the mackerel on the grid of the grill pan and grill them for about 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness. Serve with the cucumber.
