Serving Size: Makes 4 cups (2 - 4 servings)

AmountIngredient
3/4 cup eachfresh raspberries, blueberries and chopped fresh strawberries
1 cupapple juice, chilled
3/4 cupvanilla yogurt
1/2 cupcrushed ice
Granulated sugar to taste

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Per 1 cup: 108 calories; 12.5 g protein; 23 g carbohydrates; 1 g fat.
