Serving Size: Makes 4 cups or about 4 servings

AmountIngredient
1/2 cup eachfrozen, coarsely chopped bananas, peaches, and strawberries
2 cups2% milk
1/4 cupfrozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoonshoney

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Per 1 cup: 166 calories; 3 g fat; 32 g carbohydrates; 5 g protein.
