Serving Size: Makes 4 cups or about 4 servings

AmountIngredient
3 cupscold cranberry juice
1 cuporange sherbet or ice, frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream
3/4 cupfresh raspberries

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses. If desired, garnish rims with orange slices.

Per 1 cup using orange sherbet: 197 calories; 1 g fat; 48 g carbohydrates; 1 g protein.
